New Orleans Jazz Festival Includes a Tasty Duck Treat
April 2010
NEW ORLEANS (April 30, 2010) -- The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival continues through the weekend. In addition to the great jazz music, the food tents are a big draw.
The Times-Picayunne newspaper staff has named a few items for faithful foodies to try at the festival, deeming them "dishes that never disappoint." Once dish that arrived at one the scene back in 2008 has become a jazz fest favorite. The "Cajun Duck Po-Boy" boasts tasty, shredded duck meat tucked into bread. The staff recommends adding a drizzle of horseradish sauce to jazz it up. |
