Chili Con Queso Dip

Add shredded or ground duck meat and have a delicious dip!

1 Pound American Cheese

1 - 4 Ounce Can Green Chili Peppers

1 Small Tomato, chopped

1 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Onion

1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/16 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/16 Teaspoon Salt

1/16 Teaspoon Oregano

1/16 Teaspoon Pepper

1. Melt cheese over boiling water.

2. Combine other ingredients and whirl in blender.

3. Combine both mixtures in sauce pan and heat, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

4. Finely shredded, chopped or ground duck meat can be added to make a great dip for chips.
