1 Cucumber, peeled and seeded


8 Ounces Plain Low-Fat Yogurt


1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, finely chopped


1 Teaspoon Salt


1/2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce

Share this recipe

Grate cucumber. Coarsely chop and squeeze to remove as much water as possible. Mix 1/3 cup chopped cucumber with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dip is best when prepared within 2 hours of serving.
