Orange Sage Glaze

Light and fresh, this glaze is perfect for grilled kabobs

3/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice

2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Sage

1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade

1 1/2 Tbsp. Brandy

Over high heat, boil orange juice and sage until reduced to 1/4 cup. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick and bubbly (about 3-4 minutes), stirring frequently to avoid burning. Use to coat duck during last 15-20 minutes of roasting or serve on the side.
