Pineapple Sauce

Excellent with duck and duck appetizers

4 Tbsp. Butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Grated Orange Rind

1 cup Crushed Pineapple with Syrup

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1. Melt butter in large, heavy skillet. Stir in brown sugar, salt, orange rind and pineapple. Heat until boiling, remove from heat.

2. Dissolve the cornstarch in about 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir into pineapple mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve warm.
