2/3 Cup Plum Juice from 16 oz Can Purple Plums

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar

1/4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

2 Tablespoons Water

Mix plum juice, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water and add to saucepan stirring rapidly. Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Serve warm.
