Duck, Down & Above will be hosting guided wine pairing events on May 14th, 24th and 25th. We are excited to showcase Maple Leaf Farms duck and local culinary and wine talent. Chef JD Cheney, from South Bend, will prepare five (5) courses, including duck, house-cured salmon and tuna. Chef JD plans to involve the group in some preparation. The night will conclude with the fifth course of an indulgent dessert. All courses will be guided by sommelier Jay Fields, Certified Specialist of Wine, from South Bend, who brings insights and knowledge to each pairing.
