We're 'Duckin' Around with Chef Dale Miller' on Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at the Hannaford Supermarket located at 900 Central Ave. in Albany, NY. Chef Miller will demonstrate “Ducketta,” a variation of the classic Tuscan-style Italian Porchetta dish along with accompaniments. The dish is representative of the delicious simplicity of the regional cuisine of Italy. The fresh herbs, garlic and robust Parmesan are a perfect complement to the rich flavor of Maple Leaf Farms duck breast. This dish would be wonderful to serve at any holiday dinner celebration or served chilled and sliced in a panini.

After the demonstration, attendees will be able to mix and mingle with Chef Miller and other attendees, and will be provided an ample sampling of the “Ducketta” and the accompaniments to enjoy for dinner.
