Maple Leaf Farms Presents Award to Distributor
December 2009
(December 14, 2009) -- Maple Leaf Farms recently awarded Adams Chapman Company with the 2009 Northeast Distributor of Year Award for outstanding sales and support of Maple Leaf Farms duck products.
"We are very appreciative of all that the great team at Adams Chapman does to promote duck," said Dan O’Neill, Northeast Regional Sales Manager. "They have been long-time supporters of our company." O’Neill presented the award to the staff at Adams Chapman during a recent trip to its offices. Maple Leaf Farms was also on hand when Hans Schulmeyer with Four Peaks, a broker for Maple Leaf Farms, was honored with the Bold Tracks Award from the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD). The NSCD recognized Four Peaks for the catering, food procurement and fundraising they have done for the organization. And during his acceptance speech, Hans thanked Maple Leaf Farms for its help with these efforts. "We are glad that we could be a part of Four Peaks good works," said Michael Wieczorek, Midwest Regional Sales Manager. "It was great to see them honored for their work." As a broker, Four Peaks represents Maple Leaf Farms and sells its duck products to Colorado foodservice distributors who in turn sell to restaurants, ski resorts, etc. The Bold Tracks Award was created to recognize leaders who support recreational activities for individuals with disabilities. |
