Duck Makes Its Way to the Olympic Games

VANCOUVER, BC (February 10, 2010) - Chicago's Behind-The-Scenes catering team is feeding many of the athletes at this year's Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. Executive Chef Dave Danielson has chosen Duck Confit and Wild Mushroom Flatbread as one of his dishes.
Simple ingredients make up this tasty flatbread pizza: Pre-made Flatbread, Sour Cream, Duck Confit, Wild Mushrooms, Fontina Cheese, Chopped Scallions (garnish), and Chopped Fresh Thyme (garnish).
