Cider Sauce


2 Tablespoons Minced Shallot

1 Cup Apple Cider

1/2 Cup White Wine

1/2 Teaspoon Thyme

8 Ounces Demi Glace De Canard

1 Ounce Applejack Brandy or Brandy


Share this recipe

Combine shallots, cider, wine and thyme and reduce. Add demi glace and brandy. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
