Sweet Red Chile Peanut Sauce

Delicious with Maple Leaf Farms Appetizers


1 1/4 Pint Cold Water

1 Quart Sweet Red Chile Sauce

1 Cup Lite Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)

1 Ounce Fresh Ginger, peeled & minced

1 Pint Unsalted Roasted Peanuts

2 Ounces Chopped Fresh Cilantro, remove heavy stems

1. Place water, sweet red chile sauce, soy sauce and ginger into a "Burr" mixer; blend all ingredients while chopping the peanuts into fine pieces. DO NOT OVER BLEND.

2. After blending, place into a suitable storage container.

3. Add the cilantro and peanuts into the sauce. Evenly blend.

4. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least four hours prior to use.

NOTE: Thoroughly blend again prior to serving with Maple Leaf Farms Duck Springroll, Duck Potsticker, or Duck Quesadilla.
