Duck, Mango and Goat Cheese Sandwiches

3 Cooked Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breasts

12 Mini Croissants

As Needed Sweet Hot Mustard

6 Slices Red Onion, thinly sliced

9 Ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled

12 pieces - 1/4" Fresh Mango, cut to fit croissants

12 Sprigs Watercress


Share this recipe

1. Follow package directions for cooking the duck breasts, then thinly slice them.

2. Spread a very thin layer of mustard on bottom of croissants.

3. Top each croissant with 1/2 slice onion, several duck breast slices, 3/4 ounces goat cheese, 1 slice mango and 1 sprig of watercress.

4. Place top of croissant on sandwiches and serve.

Note: Save time by using the breast meat from our pre-cooked Roast Half Duck.
