Duck, Mango and Goat Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients


3 Cooked Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breasts


12 Mini Croissants


As Needed Sweet Hot Mustard


6 Slices Red Onion, thinly sliced


9 Ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled


12 pieces - 1/4" Fresh Mango, cut to fit croissants


12 Sprigs Watercress

Share this recipe

Thinly slice duck breasts. Spread a very thin layer of mustard on bottom of croissants. Top each croissant with 1/2 slice onion, several duck breast slices, 3/4 ounces goat cheese, 1 slice mango and 1 sprig of watercress. Place top of croissant on sandwiches and serve.


Note: For the cooked duck breasts, use the breast meat from a Roast Half Duck or prepare your own from scratch.
