Shipping Schedule and Shipping Charges
Maple Leaf Farms duck and Milford Valley Farms chicken products are shipped to you as quickly as possible. Your order is hand packed in a reusable, Styrofoam cooler with blocks of dry ice to ensure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. These coolers are then shrink wrapped to additionally protect your order.
Our products are also delivered to your home without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and spoiling. If you are sending a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable gift will be delivered to them.
To assure delivery, we must have a complete address (no Post Office or Rural Routes) and a phone number in case of delivery problems. Please note that inclement/winter weather may at times affect shipment arrival dates.
Shipping Options: FedEx Ground (See transit map below. Saturday delivery available.); FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air/Overnight (no Saturday delivery). ![]() Ground shipping is figured by adding Ship Date + Days in Transit. See shipping schedule below.
No ground shipping for 5 day areas (including Hawaii and Alaska).
NOTE: FedEx Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and 5-Day Transit Areas. These orders will ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air/Overnight only. We do not ship outside the United States of America.
