Accurate/workable (30%) All ingredients are listed in order of use with
measurements and complete directions for preparation and plating
Creative/Original (30%) Use of duck in a non-traditional small plate
(shareable) recipe
Simple (40%) Easily sourced ingredients and ease of preparation
