Entries for The 2012 Discover Duck Recipe Contest for Professional Chefs & Culinary Students will be accepted starting March 1, 2012, via postal mail or online. The online and downloadable Entry Forms will be available on March 1st. |

FAQ: What will you accept as Proof of Enrollment for culinary students?
For proof of enrollment, we ask for a letter from your culinary school (from a culinary school instructor, dean, etc.) stating that you are currently enrolled on the school's letterhead. We will also accept school transcripts that show your enrollment in culinary classes (enrollment documentation).
You may use a scanner to scan the letter/transcripts into your computer and attach it to an email as a PDF. Send the email to chefcontest@mapleleaffarms.com.
