Duck Phyllo Bundles

9 oz. Maple Leaf Farms Duck Leg Confit, deboned and diced

12 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled

1 1/2 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 oz. Green Onions, chopped

3 Eggs, blended

1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced

3 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped

3/4 tsp. Oregano

1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

6 sheets Phyllo Dough

3 Tbsp. Clarified Butter, melted

Green Onions, chopped, as needed


Share this recipe

1. Combine duck, cheeses, onions, eggs, garlic, parsley, oregano and pepper.

2. Cut phyllo sheets into thirds; shingle 3 sheets. Place 4 ounces of filling into center of phyllo sheets; wrap phyllo around filling. Place top-side down on greased sheet pan; brush with butter.

3. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Place on plate; garnish with green onions.

Note: Other Maple Leaf Farms products may be used for the confit meat: Roast Half Duck, Rotisserie-style Roast Half or Duck Breasts, or Pulled Duck Meat.
