Cranberry Spice Sauce

Drizzle over duck confit or roasted duck for a fall favorite

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

3/4 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail

1 can (16 oz.) Cranberry Sauce

1 Tbsp. Minced Onion

1 tsp. Nutmeg

1 tsp. Ground Marjoram

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Over medium heat, mix sugar and cornstarch; slowly stir in juice until smooth. Add cranberry sauce, spices and onion. Stir and bring to a boil.
