1-10 oz. jar Currant Jelly

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 Garlic Clove

1 Cinnamon Stick

1. Combine jelly, vinegar and spices in a saucepan; mix well. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer gently for 3 minutes.

2. Brush sauce over duck breast or whole duck several times during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
