1-10 Ounce Jar Currant Jelly


1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar


1 Clove Garlic


1 Stick Cinnamon

1. Combine jelly, vinegar and spices in a saucepan, mix well. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer gently for 3 minutes.


2. Brush sauce over duck breast or whole duck several times while cooking during the last 30 minutes.
