Ginger Peach Sauce

Sweet and spicy sauce that's great with roasted or grilled duck

1- 1 Lb Can Peach Slices in Heavy Syrup

1/2 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Distilled White Vinegar

1/4 Cup Catsup

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed

1 Teaspoon Ginger

1/4 Teaspoon Curry Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In sauce pan over medium heat, combine syrup, water, vinegar, catsup, and soy sauce. Whisk together with cornstarch until dissolved; stir in brown sugar, ginger, curry and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peach slices and serve.
