4 Tablespoon Butter


1/2 Cup Brown Sugar


1 Teaspoon Salt


1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Peel


1 Cup Crushed Pineapple With Syrup, reserve 2 tbsp juice


2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

1. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet and stir in brown sugar, salt, orange peel, and pineapple. Heat until boiling, remove from heat.


2. Dissolve the cornstarch in about 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice and stir into the pineapple mixture.
