Teriyaki Duck Skewers

Give your duck skewers extra tang and a bit of style with this recipe's dry sherry marinade.

1.5 lbs. Maple Leaf Farms Skinless, Boneless Duck Breast Meat*

1/2 cup Peanut oil

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Dry sherry

1/4 tsp. Black pepper

1 Tbsp. Fresh grated ginger

1 clove Garlic, minced

Wooden skewers (soaked in water overnight to prevent them from burning)


Share this recipe

1. Cut duck against grain into thin strips.

2. Combine oil, soy sauce, sherry, pepper, ginger and garlic in a shallow dish. Add duck strips and marinate at least 2 hours but not more than 12 hours.

3. Wind duck strips accordion style on skewers. Grill or broil for 1-2 minutes per side.

*Use convenient Duck Breast Meat that comes in boneless, skinless pieces, or use Duck Breast Filets and remove the skin yourself.
