Chive Butter

A great topping for duck hash or duck breast sandwiches

3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature

2 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Chives

1. Combine butter and chives. Fill a small serving dish with chive butter. Allow flavors to blend at room temperature for one hour before serving.

2. Serve with bread or on top of a grilled duck breast.
