Ingredients


2 Cups Diced Cooked Duck Breast


1/2 Cup Macaroni, cooked, cooled


1/2 Cup Apple, Diced


1/2 Cup Frozen Green Peas, thawed


1/2 Cup Toasted Almonds


1 Cup Mayonnaise


1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard


1 Teaspoon Chicken Soup Base


1/2 Teaspoon Salt


1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper

1. Combine mayonnaise, dry mustard, soup base, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.


2. Gently stir in the first five ingredients until well coated. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.


*You can also use Maple Leaf Farms fully cooked duck leg meat for this recipe.
