Brandy Sauce

Use alone as a drizzle for duck or combine it with a fruit sauce.

1 tsp. Nutmeg

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup Boiling Water

2 Tbsp. Butter

1/4 cup Brandy

1 tsp. Real Vanilla


Share this recipe

Mix dry ingredients and stir into the cup of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Add butter, brandy and vanilla. Serve hot.
