Cherry Sauce

Pour over grilled or slow-cooked duck for a summer flavor.

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

1 jar Currant Jelly

3/4 cup Cherry Juice

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Slowly stir in juice until smooth.

2. Add jelly and nutmeg. Stir over medium low heat until it comes to a boil. Serve hot.
