Fresh Papaya Salsa

Serving Size {5 Cups}


3 Cups Fresh Papaya, diced

1/2 Cup Chopped Green Chilies

4 Ounces Red Onion, diced finely

1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1 Cup Diced Tomato

1 Ounce Olive Oil

2 Ounces Lemon Juice

1. Mix all ingredients together gently in a stainless steel bowl using rubber spatula. Store covered under refrigeration until needed.

NOTE: Other fruits can be substituted for the papaya in the above recipe. Depending on the price and availability you can substitute with: Fresh Pineapple Fresh Mango Fresh Guava Fresh Honeydew Melon Fresh Cantaloupe
