Ginger Peach Sauce

Sweet and spicy sauce that's great with roasted or grilled duck

1- 1 lb. can Peach Slices in Heavy Syrup

1/2 cup Water

1/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar

1/4 cup Catsup

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed

1 tsp. Ginger

1/4 tsp. Curry Powder

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In saucepan over medium heat, combine syrup, water, vinegar, catsup and soy sauce. Whisk together with cornstarch until dissolved; stir in brown sugar, ginger, curry and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peach slices and serve.
