Red Pepper Hazelnut Sauce

Excellent with duck appetizers

1 Egg

1 Egg Yolk

5 Roasted Red Peppers, fresh or canned

1/2 Cup Hazelnuts, toasted and skinned

3/4 Cup Sherry Wine Vinegar

Salt And Pepper, as needed

3 Cups Olive Oil

Put egg and yolk in blender. Add red peppers and blend. Add hazelnuts, blend. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend. With blender running, add olive oil slowly, like making mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
