Red Pepper Hazelnut Sauce

Ingredients


1 Egg


1 Egg Yolk


5 Roasted Red Peppers, fresh or canned


1/2 cup Hazelnuts, toasted and skinned


3/4 cup Sherry Wine Vinegar


Salt and Pepper, as needed


3 cups Olive Oil

Share this recipe

Put egg and yolk in blender. Add red peppers and blend. Add hazelnuts; blend. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend. With blender running, add olive oil slowly, like making mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
