1 Pound Maple Leaf Farms Ground Duck Meat


2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion


1/2 Teaspoon Ground Sage


1/2 Teaspoon Basil


1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram


1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder


1/2 Teaspoon Thyme


1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne


1 Teaspoon Salt


1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1. In a deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. mixture can be shaped in 2 ways:


2. Shape into 24 large marble shaped balls. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, 325° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6.


3. Shape into eight 1/4 cup patties. Freeze. Bake unthawed starting out in a cold oven, 325° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4, 2 patties each.
