Ginger and Cilantro Duck Sausage

Ingredients


12 Ounces Maple Leaf Farms Duck Meat


4 Ounces Duck Fat


1 Clove Garlic, chopped


1 Shallot, chopped


1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped


8 Cashews, coarsely chopped


1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Powder


To Taste Ground Black Pepper


To Taste Salt


Sheep Casing, about 2 feet

Share this recipe

1. Grind the duck meat and fat together. Mix all the remaining ingredients (except casing) with the meat. Stuff meat into casing.


2. Saute the sausages in olive oil. Serve with mashed potatoes and baby carrots.
