2 3/4 cups Pineapple Preserves


1/2 cup Minced Garlic


1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk (unsweetened)


1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp. Parrot Bay Rum - Captain Morgan


1 Tbsp. Ground Dry Mustard


3/4 cup Orange Juice

Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor. Refrigerate any left over sauce.
