Air Fryer Duck Meatballs

You can make these tasty meatballs in about 20 minutes. They are made from our ground duck and mixed with panko, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, minced onion, garlic, parsley and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • ¼ cup Yellow Onion,Finely Minced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley,Finely Chopped
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Direction

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Mix ground duck with panko, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, minced onion, garlic, parsley and parmesan.
  • Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  • Spray the air fryer basked with cooking spray. Air fry the duck meatballs for 12 minutes or until they reach an international temp of 165 degrees.
