Ingredients
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- ¾ Cup Panko
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- ¼ cup Yellow Onion,Finely Minced
- 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley,Finely Chopped
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Direction
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Mix ground duck with panko, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, minced onion, garlic, parsley and parmesan.
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Spray the air fryer basked with cooking spray. Air fry the duck meatballs for 12 minutes or until they reach an international temp of 165 degrees.
