Ingredients
- 6 Slices Provolone
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- Cheese Whiz for Garnish
- Salt to Taste
- 4 Duck Breast , Defrosted
- 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Sweet Onion,Diced

- Partially defrost duck breast. Slice/shave duck breast into thin pieces with a knife or deli slicer. Remove skin gradually as you slice breast.
- Heat large cast iron skillet or griddle on medium heat. Sauté onions in oil for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add thinly sliced duck breast pieces to griddle. Cook until browned, for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Salt duck breast pieces then toss with onions.
- Place provolone on top so it melts into duck and onion mixture.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions. Place hoagie rolls on top of each portion and flip mix into roll with a large spatula.
- Top with Cheese Whiz to your liking. Serve immediately.
