Cancellation policy

If you have questions regarding shipping date or delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team PRIOR to ordering.  After orders are placed, we are unable to change or cancel orders.

Subscribe and Save Plans must be changed or canceled 24 hours prior to your order being processed.  Once your order is processed, we will be unable to change or cancel your subscription order. 

Coupons and Promotions:  Coupons or Promotions cannot be combined.
