- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Score duck breast skin in 1/4" intervals, being careful not to cut into the breast meat. Rotate breast and score again, making a crisscross pattern. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let duck breast rest for 5 minutes then slice & serve with your favorite sauce.
- Place duck breast skin side down in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees. Confirm it is 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
