Air Fryer Duck Breast

You can enjoy a juicy duck breast in just about 20 minutes using an air fryer! This recipe is very simple with only 3 ingredients - Duck Breast, Salt & Pepper.

Ingredients

  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Direction

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Score duck breast skin in 1/4" intervals, being careful not to cut into the breast meat. Rotate breast and score again, making a crisscross pattern. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let duck breast rest for 5 minutes then slice & serve with your favorite sauce.
  • Place duck breast skin side down in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees. Confirm it is 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
