BBQ Crock Pot Duck

It's so easy to make right in your slow cooker! This recipe uses our duck breasts, along with a variety of seasonings to create a mouthwatering dish that's ready in about 3 hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsps Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Direction

  • Mix all ingredients (except duck breasts) in the crock pot, stirring well.
  • Carefully remove the skin from the duck breasts and place in the crock pot, coating them well with the sauce.
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until duck is fully cooked all the way through.
  • Remove duck breasts from sauce; let cool until it can be handled.
  • Shred or cut up the duck, and place it back in the crock pot. Mix until completely coated with the sauce.
  • Serve on a toasted bun.Optional: Top with pre-made slaw mixture.
