Ingredients
- 2 Maple Leaf Farms Boneless Duck Breasts , thawed
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tbsps Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Direction
- Mix all ingredients (except duck breasts) in the crock pot, stirring well.
- Carefully remove the skin from the duck breasts and place in the crock pot, coating them well with the sauce.
- Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until duck is fully cooked all the way through.
- Remove duck breasts from sauce; let cool until it can be handled.
- Shred or cut up the duck, and place it back in the crock pot. Mix until completely coated with the sauce.
- Serve on a toasted bun.Optional: Top with pre-made slaw mixture.
