Ingredients
- 2- 8" Pizza Crusts, par-cooked
- 1/2 cup Honey Smoked Barbecue Sauce
- 7-8 oz Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Duck , shredded ( Duck Leg Confit Meat , or Pulled Duck Leg Meat can be substituted )
- 3/4 cup Red Onion, sliced and sautéed
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
- Cilantro, optional
Direction
- Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crusts.
- Top evenly with duck meat, onion, mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese.
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees F until cheese is bubbly and browned.
- Top with cilantro leaves for added flavor, if desired.
