Ingredients
- 8 Duck Bacon Slices
- 16 asparagus stalks, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or Duck Fat
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Direction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss asparagus with oil/duck fat, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Cut the duck bacon slices lengthwise in half. Wrap asparagus in duck bacon slice halves.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet. Place duck bacon wrapped asparagus seam side down.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Broil for several minutes at the end for an extra crisp.
