Ingredients
- 2 lbs Maple Leaf Farms All Natural Ground Duck , thawed
- 4 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Raw Onion, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Coarsely Ground Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil or Melted Butter
- 6 Hamburgers Buns
Direction
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Mix all duck, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic in a bowl and let sit 10 minutes.
- Form six patties from mixture and generously coat with salt and pepper.
- Brush grill rack with oil or butter and place patties on grill.
- Turn patties when bottom side is marked.
- Continue to turn, brushing with oil/butter as needed, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F (about five to seven minutes).
- Cut buns in half and toast.
- Place burgers on buns and top with desired condiments.
