Duck Burgers

Great on the grill!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Onion, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • Coarsely Ground Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil or Melted Butter
  • 6 Hamburgers Buns

Direction

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Mix all duck, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic in a bowl and let sit 10 minutes.
  • Form six patties from mixture and generously coat with salt and pepper.
  • Brush grill rack with oil or butter and place patties on grill.
  • Turn patties when bottom side is marked.
  • Continue to turn, brushing with oil/butter as needed, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F (about five to seven minutes).
  • Cut buns in half and toast.
  • Place burgers on buns and top with desired condiments.
