Ingredients
- 12 oz.Ground Duck,Defrosted
- 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Mustard Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni Pasta
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
Direction
- Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat. Brown the ground duck in the pan for 5 minutes.
- Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, chili powder, mustard powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch to make the seasoning blend.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the duck meat and stir to coat. Add in the dry pasta, broth, and milk and stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce it to simmer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in sour cream. Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
