Duck Cheeseburger Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 12 oz.Ground Duck,Defrosted
  • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Direction

  • Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat. Brown the ground duck in the pan for 5 minutes.
  • Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, chili powder, mustard powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch to make the seasoning blend.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning over the duck meat and stir to coat. Add in the dry pasta, broth, and milk and stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce it to simmer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  • Remove from heat and mix in sour cream. Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
