Ingredients
- 12 oz Ground Duck, Defrosted
- ¾ cup Panko
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- ¼ cup Yellow Onion,Finely Diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley,Finely Chopped
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 4 Sub Rolls
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Direction
- Mix ground duck with panko, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, minced onion, garlic, parsley and parmesan.
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs. In a skillet on medium heat, fry the meatballs on all sides for about 10 minutes until cooked to 165°F.
- Add marinara to skillet over meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Split rolls and add butter on inside. Toast rolls for 5 minutes.
- Spoon 3 meatballs onto each sub roll. Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Toast for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
