Duck Parmesan

Our Breaded Duck Tenders make this recipe quick, easy & delicious! Spice up tomato sauce and nestle over pasta for a delicious Italian meal. You can also use our Duck Breast for this recipe if you want to get crafty in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 box spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 shallot finely diced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Fresh basil

Direction

  • While the duck is in the oven, boil the pasta until el dente.
  • In a medium sauce pan, heat pan and olive oil to a medium-low temperature then stir in the garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add sauce and oregano and let simmer until duck is done.
  • To serve - place noodles bowl then drizzle a layer of sauce over them. Place duck pieces on top and drizzle another layer of sauce and top each bowl with ¼ cup parmesan or as much as you desire. Serve with fresh basil on top.
