Ingredients
- 1 lb. Breaded Duck Tenders
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 box spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 shallot finely diced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Fresh basil
Direction
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place Breaded Duck Tenders on pan and cook according to packaging directions.
- While the duck is in the oven, boil the pasta until el dente.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat pan and olive oil to a medium-low temperature then stir in the garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes.
- Add sauce and oregano and let simmer until duck is done.
- To serve - place noodles bowl then drizzle a layer of sauce over them. Place duck pieces on top and drizzle another layer of sauce and top each bowl with ¼ cup parmesan or as much as you desire. Serve with fresh basil on top.
