Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Duck Fat
- 3 Cups Frozen French Fries
- ½ Cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
Direction
- Preheat oven and air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Carefully Remove skin off duck breast and slice into ½ in thick strips. Season duck strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk two eggs in a bowl and place flour and panko in separate bowls. Dip duck strips into flour, egg, then panko.
- Oven: Place on a wire rack on a pan and bake duck strips for 20 minutes at 400 degrees flipping halfway through.Air-fryer: Place in air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F.
- In separate air-fryer basket, add 1 Tbsp. Duck Fat and fry store bought French fries for 10 minutes or according to packaging directions.
