Refund policy

General Guidelines:

  • Customers should review the Shipping Policy and contact Customer Service before ordering if they have questions.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed.
  • For any order issue or question, you must contact Maple Leaf Farms within 10 days of receiving your order at shopmlf@mapleleaffarms.com.

 

Replacement & Returns:

  • Perishable food items and gift cards are non‑returnable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:
    • Photos of the cooler, product, packaging. Do not discard until advised to do so.
    • A full description of the issue.
    • A temperature reading is product arrived warmer than refrigerator-cold (37-40 F)
  • Claims do not begin until all required photos and details are received
  • Rejected deliveries (orders you refuse to accept) will not be refunded or replaced.
    You must accept the package and then start a claim with Maple Leaf Farms.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages:

  • Maple Leaf Farms is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Customers must monitor tracking and retrieve orders promptly.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the order is delayed or lost:
    • No refund or replacement will be issued.
    • Maple Leaf Farms will attempt to help redirect the package, but FedEx may take 7–14 business days.
  • Incorrect items ordered or wrong addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Promotional Pricing:

  • Promotional prices do not apply to previous purchases.
  • No price adjustments will be made if an item goes on sale after your order.
