Cooking Instructions

  1. If frozen, thaw duck leg confit in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove from bag.
  3. Place duck legs on a pan.
  4. Cook in a 375°F preheated oven for 25-35 minutes.
  5. Can place under the broiler for additional browning.
