Air Fryer Duck Fat Carrots

You can easily make this side dish or appetizer within 20 minutes in your air fryer! Impress your guests with Duck Fat Carrots (or keep them all for yourself - we don't judge).

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Carrots
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 4 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • Drizzle of Honey

Direction

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Trim carrots. Keep whole or cut in half if too large for air fryer. Toss carrots with duck fat.
  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix into carrots.
  • Place duck fat carrots in air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • While carrots cook, blend goat cheese, cream, olive oil, and lemon juice in food processor to create whipped goat cheese.
  • Spread whipped goat cheese on a serving plate, top with carrots. Drizzle with honey and serve.
